Our commitment
We want you to feel good about paying for Selaro. If it isn't right for you, we offer a straightforward 14-day refund.
14-day refund
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with Selaro. Email support@selaro.ai with your account email address and the reason for your request, and we'll process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After 14 days
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. After 14 days, we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and you'll retain access until the end of your paid period — your subscription simply won't renew.
What we don't refund
- Charges more than 14 days old (except where required by law).
- Partial, unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day window.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund requests across multiple accounts.
EU consumer right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By starting to use Selaro's paid features immediately, you acknowledge that the service begins during the withdrawal period; you may still withdraw within 14 days but may be charged proportionally for usage already provided, in line with EU consumer law. In practice, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment (see above).
